Caotina ice and spice
Make your own ice cream – you’ll succeed with this recipe. Garnished with hot Caotina noir chocolate sauce. Add vanilla and chilli to give this dessert a special taste. Very cool! Pardon, hot!
|1||red chili, cut in half lengthwise, deseed|
|6 tbsp||Caotina noir|
|4 scoops||vanilla ice cream|
|some chilli powder|
Bring milk and chili in a saucepan to a simmer; allow infusing for 15 minutes. Remove chili.
Mix in Caotina noir and heat up under stirring. Fill in glasses. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to each glass and dust with chili powder.
