Caotina frappé oriental
This classic frappé recipe is sweetened with Caotina. The result is Caotina frappé oriental – an oriental dessert with the finest Swiss chocolate – Caotina original.
|8 tbsp||Caotina original|
|Half a tsp||cardamom powder|
|Half a tsp||coriander powder|
|1 piece||star anis|
|1||cinnamon stick, cut in half lengthwise|
|6 scoops||mocha ice cream|
|4 piece||cinnamon sticks|
Mix all ingredients up to and including cinnamon stick with milk. Leave it covered for about 2 hours in the fridge.
Sieve the milk. Add the ice cream and mix until it foams. Fill into chilled 250ml glasses, decorate with cinnamon stick and serve immediately.
