This recipe will make all your loved ones happy: Cupcakes are ideal as a dessert or for countless other occasions. After all, who wants to wait until after dinner to enjoy a cupcake featuring Caotina original?
|75 g||Caotina original or Caotina blanc|
|180 g||super fine flour|
|50 g||chocolate, coarsely chopped|
|1 tsp||baking powder|
|1 pinch||of salt|
|100 g||unsalted butter, melted, chilled|
|100 g||Caotina blanc or Caotina original|
|300 g||double cream cheese|
|some chocolate, shaved|
Mix Caotina original or Caotina blanc and all other ingredients up to and including salt in a bowl. Mix in eggs, milk and butter. Spread the dough into the muffing baking tray (tray for 12 muffins of 7 cm Ø, 10 greased).
Bake for ca. 20 minutes in the centre of an oven pre-heated to 180 °C. Remove the cupcakes from the oven and place on a grid to cool.
Whisk Caotina blanc or original and cream cheese until smooth. Give the mixture into a piping bag and frost the cupcakes. Decorate with the chocolate shavings.
