Caotina frappé oriental
This classic frappé recipe is sweetened with Caotina. The result is Caotina frappé oriental – an oriental dessert with the finest Swiss chocolate – Caotina Classic.
Ingredients

| 700 ml | milk |
| 8 tbsp | Caotina Classic |
| Half a tsp | cardamom powder |
| Half a tsp | coriander powder |
| 1 piece | star anis |
| 2 pieces | cloves |
| 1 | cinnamon stick, cut in half lengthwise |
| 6 scoops | mocha ice cream |
| 4 piece | cinnamon sticks |
Preparation

Mix all ingredients up to and including cinnamon stick with milk. Leave it covered for about 2 hours in the fridge.

Sieve the milk. Add the ice cream and mix until it foams. Fill into chilled 250ml glasses, decorate with cinnamon stick and serve immediately.
